Mrs CT has abandoned me again for a few days midweek. Never mind there are some upsides such as this delicious hanger steak meal you can see below
Hanger steak in ale from Waitrose cooked rare and served on top of a green salad. French fries naturally, what else would you have. A few chestnut mushrooms on the side.
What made this even better was the excellent wine – Christian Patat Apassimento from Naked Wines. 94% of 3400 buyers said they would buy again. 14.5% ABV not really for a school night but hey, you only live once.
