I came across this site, Change4Life during the Christmas break. It allows you to pick a New Year Resolution and then focus on just one aspect of that resolution. Daily emails and texts with hints tips and encouragement helps you to stick with it.
As the project is sponsored by the NHS it comes as no surprise that the list of resolutions is health related – smoking, alcohol etc.
